From Pit to Purpose - A Carrier of God's Favor.
Genesis 39: 5 [ESV]
From the time that he made him overseer in his house and over all that he had, the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s house for Joseph’s sake; the blessing of the LORD was on all that he had, in house and field.
A Carrier of God's Favor
Joseph was a foreigner and a slave, yet God's favor rested upon him. Because the Lord was with Joseph, even Potiphar's household experienced God's blessing. The presence of a faithful servant became a channel of blessing to those around him.
God delights in blessing His people-not only for their own good but so that others may encounter Him through their lives. When we walk with God, His favor, wisdom, and grace become evident, drawing others to glorify Him.
May you be a carrier of God's favor wherever He has placed you. May He go before you, make every crooked path straight, provide for your needs, and surround you with His protection. And may your family, workplace, school, church, and community be blessed because of God's presence in your life.
Take Home: God's favor on your life is meant to bless others and point them to Him.
Prayer: God, let Your favor rest upon me. Make my life a channel of blessing, and may everyone around me be drawn closer to You through your works
