The Reliability of Scripture

The New Testament is supported by more, and earlier, manuscript evidence than any other ancient document — over 5,800 Greek manuscripts alone. Archaeological discoveries have repeatedly confirmed, rather than undermined, details in the biblical text.

This doesn't prove every theological claim true by itself, but it does establish that we have reliable access to what the biblical authors actually wrote.
